CHEF’S KITCHEN

Terre d’Eccezione organic linden honey wonderfully combines with all hot beverages: tea, herbal and flower infusions, such as mallow, lemon balm and mint infusions or together with a mix of mallow, lavender, mayflower, roman chamomile and linden. It can be also used with fruit juices. It perfectly matches with sage, such as with that specific seasoning resulting from a mix of butter, sage and rosemary used to season the delicious ricotta cheese and spinach or pumpkin-filled tortelli. It is also excellent to accompany blue cheeses, particularly gorgonzola cheese.

Idea: small babàs flavoured with lemon and linden honey
