A taste of Le Marche
Think at our four polyfloral honey varieties as a snapshot of the land where our honeybee farms are. They sound like the true voice of this region, disclosing countless flavors and the taste nuances of flowerings unfolding from sea corners to mountain tops and all through the hills. Our monofloral varieties result from a harvesting which is limited both in time and space, since these honeys are closely bound to the blooming of some specific plants.
Our monofloral production is focused on six particular flowerings, two of which (orange and heather) come from a partnership which is not based in Le Marche – but it’s 100% Italian all the same. We went for these honeys due to their special features and stunning fragrance. Their limited production reflects our will to stay true to artisanal beekeeping.
