The supreme elixir

Our Mille Terre honey is the fine extract of our 3 main elixirs, the result of the extraordinary combination of floral tastes coming from the sea, hills and mountains. During honey extraction, we carefully select the panels of our apiaries by the sea, on the hills and mountains in order to create a unique composition, a symbolic expression of this region. All our polyfloral honeys suit several purposes. From seasoning to marination of both meat and fish. It can be used as sweetener for teas and infusions, and more specifically to sweeten the hot milk, as the fantastic Golden Milk. They can be used to prepare cakes and are delicious if even simply spread together with some butter on a bread slice, as well as if they are used to accompany dried fruit or fresh and soft cheeses such as taleggio or squacquerone.
