For food
To flavour yogurts, desserts, sauces, balsamic vinegar, seasoning oils, drinks and liqueurs. One drop is enough to flavour 100 g/100 ml of food/drink. For seasoning oils, you can use: orange, basil, coriander, fennel, lemon, marjoram, nutmeg, oregano, green pepper, rosemary, sage, thyme and ginger.
Diffusers, fountains, humidifiers and perfumers
To clean the air from smoke and bad smells in the house, office and car. Add 6 to 15 drops of essential oil in the diffuser tray or in the burner with the addition of water. In diffusion, here are some well adapted essential oils: tea tree, orange, bergamot, cinnamon, cedar, cloves, eucalyptus, geranium, juniper, lemon, tangerine, mint, myrtle, pine mugo, lemon, rosemary, sage and sandalwood.
Massages
Essential oils are refreshing, stimulating, regenerating, relaxing, rebalancing, soothing, sensual and detoxifying. We use as a base vegetable oil: avocado, hemp, wheat germ, jojoba, almond, hazelnut, olive or rosehip, with percentages of simple essential oils or in mixture of 2-3%. For regenerating massages: laurel, bergamot, cedar, lime, lemon, Scots pine, mint, grapefruit, rhododendron and verbena.
Baths
Refreshing, stimulating, relaxing, rebalancing, soothing, sensual and detoxifying. They are also ideal for saunas and footbaths.
As a base, we use 2-3 tablespoons of: honey, cream, clay, salt, with simple essential oils or in a mixture.
Complete bath: 10-20 drops of essential oils.
Foot bath: 3-5 drops of essential oils.
Evening bath harmonizing: orange, bergamot, lavender, tangerine, lemon balm, honey and sandal.
Natural cosmetics
Essential oils are also used for facial, body, skin care, compresses, masks, tonics, deodorants, shower baths, shampoos and hair care. The base is a vegetable oil of avocado, wheat germ, jojoba, almond, hazelnut, shea butter, clay. For basic shampoo and shower bath with percentages of simple essential oils or in mixture of 2-3%. Dry skin: incense, jasmine, myrrh, neroli and palmarosa. Oily skin: orange, cedar, cypress, lavender, rosemary and sandalwood.
Well-being of the person
For relaxation and rest, to improve breathing and prevention during cold seasons. In diffusion, in massages and for baths. For relaxation: achilles, orange, cedar, geranium, lavender, tangerine, lemon balm, myrtle, neroli, rose, sage sclarea and ylang-ylang. To improve breathing and prevention during the cold season: cajeput, eucalyptus, hyssop, true lavender, litsée, myrtle, niaouli, pine and thyme.
Mental activity
To stimulate concentration and meditation. In diffusion, massages and in baths. For concentration: bergamot, hyssop, lemon, lemon balm, mint, pine, grapefruit and verbena. For meditation: cedar, juniper, incense, hyssop, myrrh, myrtle, rose and sage.
Fragrances
For the creation of: Perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Eau de Cologne. We use as a basis a vegetable oil of jojoba or alcohol, with percentages of simple essential oils or in mixture of 2 to 15%. For captivating scents: cedar, jasmine, incense, oak musk, palmarosa, patchouli, pink, sandalwood, vanilla, vetiver and ylang-ylang.
