Composition
Delicate union of different varieties also called “Cultivar”.
The base is composed of Leccino and Frantoio to which we have added the following varieties: Pendolino, Moraiolo, Carboncella and Peranzana.
Sensory analysis
The “Blend” is an extra virgin olive oil characterized by a balanced taste.
It has a fruity aroma and a sweet taste accompanied by strong notes of bitter and spicy.
It leaves the palate with an aftertaste of green tomato and almond.
