Heather honey is one of children’s favorite honeys! It reminds of the caramel’s sweet taste. A strong and thick honey which dark color tends to reddish. It is characterized by a distinct aroma, a forest-like taste and some notes of liquorice. Its aftertaste leaves the palate with an aroma similar to toffee caramel or crème caramel tinged with a very delicate bitterness.
