100% Leccino Cultivar. This variety can be found in several Italian regions as well as in Le Marche. It is harvested during the second half of October.
Sensorial analysis
Leccino is an extra virgin olive oil characterized by a medium-light fruity taste with sharp nuances of grass, almond and a light flavour of artichoke and tomato. A balanced, predominantly sweet taste. It leaves the palate with a fresh and round taste accompanied by a balanced note of bitter and spicy.
