100% Mignola Cultivar. This variety is specifically cultivated in Cingoli, the hamlet known as “Le Marche’ balcony”. Its trees are strong, with monumental trunks. Its olives are very small, that’s why their oil is called “Mignola”.
At first it tastes sweet, medium fruity, with an aroma of forest fruits and an aftertaste of artichoke. It is strongly bitter and spicy.
