“MILLE COLLI“ HONEY

Our hills’ apiaries are all located in organic areas, among which there is our medicinal herb garden where we cultivate essences of real lavender, lavandula, thyme and rosemary. The main components of this polyfloral honey are clover, sunflower and bramble. However, are also present other species such as goat rue, wattle, clematis, birdsfoot trefoil, umbellifers belonging to the group of carrot and coriander, alfalfa, lavender, rosemary, thyme, sage, sainfoin.
