Its peculiar acidity and its floral notes make this Terre d’Eccezione organic orange honey a product specifically suitable for patisserie, such as for fried pastries and citrus fruit preserves. Regarding savoury dishes, the orange honey finely combines with vegetable or flower omelettes. It makes a statement with some recipes of roasted meat and its taste makes it especially suitable for “honey marinade”, that is marinating both row and cooked fish with honey. The orange honey is characterized by a great delicacy. It can be also simply used together with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice to dress salads or to enrich the pinzimonio.
